When we left DC Wednesday morning, it was 18*. We arrived in San Diego in early afternoon to 72*. After a quick cab ride to our hotel, we went to the hotel patio for cocktails! We asked the bartender for dinner recommendations, and he said Jakes was the best place to watch the sunset on the beach!

When we got back to the hotel, we fell asleep at 7:30 (10:30 our time) and didn't wake up till 7:30am!!! It was a long, but great day!
